The U3A Milton Ulladulla Campus Inc. would like to notify you of the
upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The business of the meeting will include presentation of reports, declaration
of all committee positions vacant and election of a new committee.
Please find attached an Agenda for 2024 AGM, Draft Minutes from 2023,
Financial Report for 2023, Nomination Form for committee positions, and
Proxy Form.
Please note that nominations for committee positions are due via email to
u3amiltonulladulla@yahoo.com or, by post to the Secretary, U3A Milton
Ulladulla Inc., PO Box 530, Ulladulla 2539 to be received no later than 5pm
Tuesday 16 April 2023.
There are several positions vacant so please consider nominating. There will
be support provided to help new committee members with their positions!
