We have been advised that one of our very well respected members email has been hacked. The member has a significant number of friends in the Association.
If you receive an email that looks odd, talks about calling them due to a “throat infection” or asks for payment in Apple cards, you can rightly take it that is a scam message.
We can only follow the general advice of please – be careful with email that can be a scam may seem out of place in terms of the person named as the sender.
