End of each Term – return of attendance records.

Importance of Attendance Records:

The attendance records serve as a critical documentation for the Association’s insurance coverage.

In the event of any incident or claim, these records can help demonstrate who was present and potentially witnessed the event.

Having a complete set of attendance records protects the Association, the tutors, and the students from possible being called upon to provide testimony if a future claim arises.
This documentation helps ensure the Association can properly respond to any insurance-related matters.

Submission Process:

Tutors are responsible for returning the class attendance sheets to the Course Coordinator at the end of Term 2.
There are two options for submitting the attendance sheets:
1. Mail the physical sheets to the Association’s PO Box 530 Ulladulla 2539.
2. Scan or photograph the sheets and email them to the Association’s email address

Both methods fulfil the requirement to provide the attendance records to the Association.
Importance to the Association:

Maintaining thorough attendance records is a key obligation for the Association in terms of its insurance coverage.

These records help the Association demonstrate its due diligence in tracking participant attendance.

Having a complete set of attendance sheets on file prepares the Association to properly respond to any future insurance-related inquiries or claims.
